Whitehaven and District Beekeepers Association has been in existence for at least 40 years. We have members along the coastal area from Bootle in the South to Workington in the North but are always happy to welcome new members from any parts of Cumbria.

We meet regularly on most Saturday's during the summer at the association Apiary at Westlakes Science Park, just South of Whitehaven, to look at the bees and exchange ideas on management and disease control. We meet in the winter months for educational talks, videos and for social events. The Branch is enthusiastic and is more than happy to welcome along anyone who is interested in Bees and Beekeeping
